  • X5V6 keyboard problem

    Hello,
I just received an Aorus X5v6.
I have a keyboard problem. The keyboard spontaneously writes the "e" and "t" keys.
When I write the letter "g", it write "dg".
The drivers are well up to date. What can I do ?

    Thanks

(french reply is welcome, but english is ok)

I too have a similar problem.

I received mine this week and at first thought that perhaps i was just adapting to the keyboard and mis-typing but it has become clear that it is just the "t" key that is the problem.

Around 70% of the key has no responsiveness when typed. Sometimes it doesn't register a press other times it types two "t's".

It's very frustrating, i was really apprehensive buying this when i saw a few youtubers reviewing a few minor issues.

As this is a relatively minor issue as far as laptop issues go what are the options available for repairs, I am based in the UK?

    Thanks

    Anthony

      Hi there.

Did you try updating the firmware and fusion software?

I have experienced the exact same thing from day one, too the point that I have to use an external keyboard when possible as it doubles up OO (as can be seen in my 'too' in this sentence) on my keyboard all the time.
